DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our shipping methods are easy and fast.
Lebanon orders: delivery period goes from 1 to 3 business days after processing your order. Delivery times are between 8 am and 5 pm.
International orders: delivery period goes from 1 to 5 business days after processing your order. Please note that the delivery period differs for each country. This information should be indicated on your checking out page or you can contact us at any time. Delivery times are during working hours of our shipping agents in your respective country. For a better service, please provide us with a detailed address to avoid any conflict.
We recommend you to wait the whole shipping period stated above, after a notification of shipping has been sent to you, before claiming a report to us for an undelivered order. However, if you feel otherwise, you can contact us at any time.
Be assured that we will continuously do our best to deliver your orders the fastest possible. However, the processing and delivery of your orders might face occasional delays in periods of sale and special promotions.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us it will contain your tracking number. This will inform you that the order has left our warehouses and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours to one business day for any activity to show on the tracking information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We use Aramex and DHL shipping providers so tracking your order is available on their Website.
Use the tracking number that has been sent to you by the confirmation email to track your shipment; if the tracking number isn’t responsive on the website or is invalid please contact us.
